Avant Garde Hair Salon wanted their website to not only be an information portal but an e-commerce website as well so they could sell their various hair products and tools online. The website had to be sleek, stylish and be easy for the user to navigate.

How We Helped

We started by helping Avant Garde achieve funding from Business Link West Midlands to develop their e-commerce website.

To co-incide with the opening of their new hair salon, we worked closely with Avant Garde to design a brand identity that reflected them before designing their e-commerce website.

The website's homepage presented a wide variety of products to the user as soon as they arrived on the homepage. 

The homepage also featured a rotating header banner which allowed Avant Garde to upsell key promotions.

The product listing and details pages followed standard website design practices to present the products as clearly as possible, ensuring that the key information the user would be interesting was available and a clear call to action to add the item to their cart was available.

The website to date has opened up new and exciting opportunities for Avant Garde.
